Annual Client Letter and Research Summary

Under Portfolio Management, there are overseeing fees, expressed in a percentage terms based on the market value of
combined accounts, individual and/or others such as IRAs, Custodial, Trust, Pension and Profit Sharing and done
on a quarterly basis (Quarterly Management Fee). These fees are due prior to the beginning of the quarter itself.

The second stipend is a Semiannual Performance Fee, calculated every six months, and can only be recorded providing
there are profits resulting from and in excess of trading or growth appreciation from the prior recording period. Upon request,
full documentation of Profit & Loss will be provided in hard copy to each client.

In certain instances, we are aware some of you require either drawdowns or the use of the monies in your accounts
to meet life expenses or in a few cases where distribution is mandated because of age in retirement accounts. We will
explain with specificity to each of you below with regard to the percentage attached to both Management and Performance
Schedules.

The acceptance of retail clients requires considerable alteration to our standard benchmark fee structure as a full-scale
management firm, be it in the Hedge Fund Advisory portion of our business or dealing with institutional or large Private
Clients, where we are known as outside ‘of counsel’.

Until now, dealing with smaller accounts was foreign to us but, due to circumstances outlined below, we have made a
conscious decision to handle such accounts and we are in the process of establishing a subsidiary to our main business
for this purpose/accommodation. There will be subsequent documents requested, requiring your signature and to be
returned to us.

Nonetheless, no one has greater passion and compassion to how dear an individual's money is than we.  Resulting from
your years of hard work and sacrifice, and the collection of savings each of you has achieved, your monies were then
abused by your unfortunate alliances with associated brokerage firms during the past four to five years of tumultuous
market conditions to say nothing of the outright fraud perpetrated.

That is why, particularly during the ‘mending or healing process’ of your portfolios, we have made a conscious decision
to keep our fees at far lower percentages than what would be assessed under the Private Client Group where there are certain
minimum equity requirements. This fact gives emphasis to our commitment to put clients first so as to take advantage of the
prevailing market conditions.

We are confident knowing, in the fullness of time, our results will be gratifying and satisfying to all. As your wealth
appreciates, so too will the returns to us on those fees. In short, we each are betting on the other and this should make
for a long lasting relationship.

One of the necessary component demands we insist upon is for all accounts to receive our reports, as voluminous and
          arduous, as they appear to be at times. But contained within each report is not just our outlook, forecast and comments
          about the markets, taking exceptions to the flawed advice that has caused the pain inflicted on investors, but also the
tacit lessons of investing and proper money management.
